These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lottery House mobile application ("App") and your participation in any lottery events organized through the App. By downloading and using the App or participating in any lottery events, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use the App and participate in the lottery events.
2.1. To use the App and participate in lottery events, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3. You must not share your account credentials with anyone else, and you are solely responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.
3.1. Lottery House organizes various lottery events through the App, where users can participate and have a chance to win prizes.
3.4. Lottery House reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any lottery event at any time without prior notice.
4.1. Lotteries may require an entry fee for participation. The entry fee, will be clearly stated for each lottery.
4.2. You must pay the entry fee, using the payment methods provided in the App.
4.3. All payments made through the App are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
5.1. Winners of lottery events will be selected randomly.
5.2. Prize details, prize amounts will be specified for each lottery.
5.3. Winners will be notified through the App or via the contact information provided during account registration.
5.4. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information.
6.1. The App and all its content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, and software, are the property of Lottery House or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any content from the App without prior written permission from Lottery House.
7.1. To the extent permitted by law, Lottery House and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App or participation in lottery events.
8.1. Lottery House reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
8.2. The most current version of the Terms will be available within the App, and your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
By using the Lottery House App and participating in lottery events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
